Welcome to Hellastravels. . . and the 'scribblings' of a Grecophile!   

Hellastravels is an offshoot of my Hellasworld site, which went online in 1998.

I enjoy reading articles on private websites about visitors to Greece who share the same passion for the country as I do.  For me, these very personal articles bring the "Greek Experience" much more alive than articles in the travel sections of newspapers.

I have spent many years travelling around Greece.  In fact, I even lived there for three years working for a well-known travel company ( see the article 'The Time of My Life' on the Hellasworld site! ).  On my trips I often keep a note-book with 'scribblings' of info and experiences, and I thought it would be nice to share snippets of these 'scribblings' and pics with those many folk who love Greece in the same way that I do!
